Mencía 60%, Garnacha old wines 20%, Sousón, Brancellao and Caiño 20%.
 
Cold pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation of the destemmed pasta at a controlled temperature, slowly maturing in the cellar for 24 months with maintenance on its fine lees from the fermentations without programmed batonage, with refining in used French oak barrels of light and medium toast for 9 months and the rest in tank and bottle.
 
Aeration for 15 minutes
MALDITO: Sensual, intense and elegant. . It is presented with a lively cherry red and intense violet reflections. It exhibits seductive aromas of jams, seasoned with sweet spices and elegant balsamic notes. The palate offers intense sensations. It’s tasty, fresh and round with a polished tannin structure.
 
Perfect accompaniment to meats, blue fish or salted fish, sausages with paprika, strong cheeses... Extraordinary with a stew.

RENACIDO: Delicate, honest and complex.It is presented with bright lemon yellow tones and green reflections. It displays aromas of ripe fruit and pastry, with aromatic herbs and honey. In mouth it is unctuous, saline and mineral, with intense structure.
 
Perfect companion of fish and seafood, preserves, smoked or salted fish, white meats, cured ham and white sausages... Delicious with fried eggs..

LUXURIA: Seductive and elegant delicacy..It is presented with bright pale yellow tones and green reflections. It has floral and citrus aromas, with a background of aromatic herbs and stone fruits, seasoned with sweet and toasted spices. The palate is fresh and vibrant while tasty and delicate, with hints of spices and pastries. .
 
Perfect accompaniment with fish and seafood with delicate elaborations, vegetables, foie mi-cuit, salads, carpaccio of meat or fish, fruits and desserts of measured sweetness.

Alcoholic fermentation in tanks at controlled temperature, malolactic fermentation in barrels, slow maturation in the cellar for 17 months, with maintenance on its fine lees from fermentations without programmed batonnage, aging in 500-liter French oak barrels of light toasting for 12 months and the rest in tank and bottle.

BIG BANG: Complexity and juicy Atlantic freshness
Visually it is presented with a good layer of bright cherry red tones and purple trims. Aromatically, its complexity stands out, with multiple primary aromas in harmony with those of aging, the memories of fresh red fruits stand out, seasoned with sweet and balsamic woods, hibiscus, eucalyptus and liquorice. In the mouth it is lively, juicy, very fresh and full of aromas. Remaining elegant with pleasant fruity and spicy memories.
 
Great to accompany red sausages and mature meats, game, sheep and goats, and strong cheeses. It will make us enjoy an octopus stewed with red wine or lamprey and it will shine with a good chocolate. .
