Elaboration and aging
Cold maceration of the skins and subsequent fermentation of the must at low temperature, slow maturation in the cellar for 24 months with maintenance on its fine lees from the fermentations without programmed batonage, with refining for 7 months in used French oak barrels of light toast and the rest in tank and bottle.

It is presented with bright lemon yellow tones and green reflections. It displays aromas of ripe fruit and pastry, with aromatic herbs and honey. In mouth it is unctuous, saline and mineral, with intense structure.
