Our history

Background

Our project, led by Pablo Vidal, is based on developing high quality wines in the different traditional areas of viticultural production in Galicia.

We recover the old elaborations in order to recover the true character of the wines of this land, through ancient and natural processes of forgotten elaborations, but applying modern viticulture and oenology, and respectful of the environment and the vineyard.
